Detectados sms fraudulentos que pretenden que los usuarios que caigan en la trampa se suscriban a un servicio sms premium o de tarificación adicional.

Se ha detectado una oleada de sms como el siguiente:

Mensaje SMS Fraudulento

Este tipo de mensajes utilizan técnicas de ingeniería social para engañar a los usuarios que lo reciban con el fin de que se suscriban a un servicio de sms premium. En el caso de contestar al mensaje nos estaremos suscribiendo automáticamente y empezarán a llegarnos sms de publicidad con un coste aproximado de 1,45€ cada uno.

 

Si has recibido un sms de estas características y no has contestado, lo recomendable es eliminarlo.

 

Si has recibido un sms de estas características y has contestado, por lo que te has suscrito a un servicio de sms premium, lo recomendable es darse de baja y realizar una reclamación ante la Oficina de Atención al Usuario de Telecomunicaciones.
